  • Incorrect or Incomplete Order: If you receive the wrong book or if your order is missing any products, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by providing a replacement or arranging for the missing items to be sent.

2. Return Process:

  • Return Window: Please initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Options:

  • Pick-Up Service (Dhaka): If you are in Dhaka, we offer a free pick-up service for returns and replacements. Our customer care team will arrange for the pick-up at a convenient time.
  • Self-Return (Outside Dhaka): For customers outside Dhaka, you will need to send the product back to our office address at your own expense. Please contact our customer care team for the return address details.

5. Refund Process:

  • Evaluation and Replacement: Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct a quality check. If the return is valid, we will proceed with a replacement of the product.
  • Refund Availability: If the product is out of stock or if a replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the returned item. Please note that the refund does not include the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and shipping charges, as these are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: Depending on your original payment method, refunds will be processed through the respective mode. For payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited to the same account.
